Danny Hong (Executive Chef) formerly at Wild Ginger in Great Neck and Watermoon in upper Westside.  A talented chef with a creative mind brings the Pan-Asian Cuisine to its Peak.  His signature appetizers include Thai Crispy Crab Cake with Pineapple Salsa, Alpha Baby Ribs with honey BBQ Sauce that fall off the bones.  His Crispy Red Snapper with special curry sauce is to die for.
