Henry Yang (General Manager), formerly sushi chef at Bond St and Blue Fin. He went back to school to get a Bachelor in Management form Baruch College. He used to manage Aquamarine in Murray Hill and Amber in Gramercy. He is known as great Host to all his royal customers that follow him as he moves to new place.
